Srishti is delighted to announce Vichitra 2009, the annual autumn showcase of the Srishti Dance School, on 31 October at the Elliot Hall, Harrow Arts Centre.
Performed to live music, the main feature of this year’s show is the Mahabharata, the classic epic depicting the war between the cousin groups, the Pandavas and Kauravas.
In addition to the main piece, traditional Bharatanatyam repertoire will be performed by students of a variety of ages and levels, starting from age 5 up to those who have been training at the school since it was established over 17 years ago.
