The project “Infinity” was a research and development (R&D) project that took place from November 2022 to March 2023, with the view to later develop the ideas to create a full-length production for touring from 2024 onwards.

Through the medium of Bharatanatyam and Kathak, and originally composed live music, ‘SEVENS’ will explore the sacred, and sometimes sinful, significance of the number seven. From playful and energetic, to soulful and contemplative, the show will take audiences on an emotion-filled and entertaining journey.

#Srishti30XHAC is a gala virtual performance presented by Srishti – Nina Rajarani Dance Creations, featuring a compilation of 30 classical Indian dance and music performances from across the country.

Srishti Squared

Srishti Squared is the company’s first digital work, involving ten dancers and musicians. This piece has been created entirely during lockdown, working remotely throughout the process. The dance and music were devised with the artists via Zoom, with recordings made by the artists in their own spaces. The piece has been assembled like a jigsaw puzzle using technology as one of the tools for creativity.

Meetings is about currents and influences, crossing and combining.  It is about the old and the new, the familiar and the unexpected. It looks at age old relationships – a woman and her lover, a mother and her child – and presents several meetings with changing textures and moods.
